Phil's Poser Graphics

The following image gave me some practice with hands.  Hands have always been one of the more difficult parts of the human anatomy to work with in any form of art, at least for me it has.  Poser didn't make the process a great deal easier, but it added to the practice of posing the figure.  At any rate, I believe I've achieved a somewhat natural grasp of the weapon staff in the following image.  I guess that if Poser didn't present a challenge, then it wouldn't prove to be much fun.  In view of the position of the shield, I could have made the left hand invisible, but opening the grasp of the left hand seemed to add just a bit more realism.  Again, for me it did, but you are obviously entitled to your own opinion.
